Returns Policy
If your order/product is delivered damaged, please complete a returns form before returning it to us within 7 days. You must obtain proof of return postage when returning an order/product to us.

Please note that we do not refund return postage or original postage costs.

Shipping

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and try to despatch orders within 7 to 14 working days from the date you placed your order.  During busy times or in exceptional circumstances any changes will be communicated via the web.  If you are concerned or have a particular deadline, please state clearly when ordering and give a daytime telephone number although unfortunately we cannot make any guarantee to deliver to a specified deadline.   

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver Products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.

At this moment in time, we are unable to ship outside of the United Kingdom.

Postage & Packaging

On all orders there is a flat charge of £3.50 for postage and packaging.
